What is a binary option?
A binary option is a financial instrument that turns a profit for the investor if he or she makes a correct prediction about the direction the price of an underlying asset will have taken during a predetermined period of time. For example, if the price of gold is currently 1500, will it be higher or lower than that at 5:00 PM? If the trader makes the right prediction, he or she will receive the full payout of that option - usually 80% or more of the amount that was invested. When trading a binary option the trader never purchases or sells an asset but instead merely predicts the direction the price of that asset will take; the trade will be a success even if he or she was only right by a single pip. Binary options offer a more controlled way of trading, since the risk/reward tradeoff of each option is known from the outset.
What is an Underlying Asset?
A commodity, index, stock, currency pair or any other financial asset that constitutes the basis for creating an option. Its price movement's direction is what you are required to correctly predict in order to profit using financial trading.
What is the maximum investment amount?
It is 2500 USD/GBP/EUR/AUD. The number is flexible though and can be altered for VIP accounts.

Why do the rates continue to change before I make a decision?
The financial markets' fluctuations affect our automatic pricing engine, which displays rates in real-time.

Why am I unable to make a trade?
Unsuccessful trades are usually a result of insufficient funds available in your account, or if you are attempting to trade on an underlying asset outside of market trading hours. If neither of these reasons apply to your case, please contact us by mail at email@example.com, or by phone.
